Four short steps. Ends with a printable timetable. Your entries stay on this device.
How to use this
Add each subject you are revising for, with its exam date if you know it, and say how confident you feel in each one. Enter your free hours a week, pick the times that suit you, then press Build my timetable.
Your week appears as a grid. Print as A4 gives you a paper copy, and Add to my calendar (.ics) puts the sessions into your calendar app.
Your browser is not letting this page save anything, so whatever you enter will go when you close the tab. Everything else on this page still works.
Step 1 of 4
Which exams are you revising for?
One row per subject. A date is optional, but putting it in means the subjects you sit first get more of the week.
Your level
Step 2 of 4
How confident are you in each one?
One is "I could not start a question", five is "I could teach it". Confidence decides which of the three boxes a subject sits in, and a box decides how often it comes back in the week.
NewBack every other day
LearningBack every third day
SecureBack once a week
Confidence one or two puts a subject in New, three puts it in Learning, four or five puts it in Secure. Those gaps are a simple guide, not a promise of anything.
Step 3 of 4
When are you actually free?
Hours you can really give it, not hours you wish you had.
Best times
Mornings, afternoons and evenings apply Monday to Friday. Weekends opens up all three parts of Saturday and Sunday.
Week 1 of your plan
This is an estimate of how to split your time, not a prediction of any result. Change your answers and build it again, or move things around once it is on paper.
