Questions
What do I need to open it?
Any PDF reader, including the ones built into browsers, phones and tablets.
Can I print it?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own use. Please do not share or resell the file.
Are any dates printed on it?
No, not one. Exam dates and hand-ins belong to your school, your department and the boards, they change, and a printed poster outlives any correction we could publish. Yours are the only dates worth writing on it.
What size is it?
A3 portrait, so it reads from across a room. Printed in navy or black only, with no mid-tone fill behind any text.
Does it work in black and white, or if I am colour-blind?
Yes. Every state is a shape you draw by hand, so nothing on the poster carries meaning by colour alone.
Should I trust it over my module handbook?
No. Check the handbook and the virtual learning environment against this poster once a month, and trust the poster only when it matches them.
Where this fits
Everything for this level sits together on the University revision page, alongside the planner it is built to work with.
Planning the weeks is a different job from working through them, and it is free: the exam countdown counts down to each paper you enter and prints a checklist for the morning itself.
Goes well with
Thirty ways to revise. One technique a card, with three steps to try today.
