For students & parents — your first session in 4 steps
Create your free account
Choose "I'm a Student" (or "Parent / Guardian" if signing up for your child). Enter your name, email and a password — no payment needed to sign up. Or just use the matcher on the homepage with no account at all.
Find the right tutor
Browse tutors by subject, level and price. Read their bio, qualifications and reviews. Message a tutor to ask questions before committing — a good tutor will reply within a few hours.
Book a session
Choose your date, time and duration (30, 60 or 90 minutes), add a note about what you'd like to cover, and pay securely by card — you'll see the total upfront, no hidden fees.Pricing example: tutor charges £40/hr → you pay £48 (£40 + £8 service fee).
Join your session & learn
You'll get a confirmation and a reminder an hour before. Log in and click "Join Session" — the video call opens right in your browser. No downloads. Use screen sharing and the whiteboard, then leave a review afterwards.
For tutors & coaches — go live in 5 steps

Choose "I'm a Tutor / Coach". Free to join — no monthly fees, no contracts.
Build your profile
Add your photo, bio, qualifications, subjects and hourly rate. Our 5-step wizard walks you through it — a complete profile with a photo gets far more enquiries.
Connect Stripe (get paid)
Connect your Stripe account to receive payments — takes a few minutes. Your full fee goes to your bank every week; we charge students a service fee separately, not you.Example: you charge £40/hr → student pays £48 → you receive £40.
Get approved
We review every application within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll get an email and your profile goes live — students can find, message and book you.
Teach & earn
When a student books, you'll get a notification. Teach via video call with screen sharing and whiteboard, add notes, collect your review, and your payment arrives weekly.
